Air pressure applied to control valve body holes and passages leading to apply and release devices to check for the proper application and function. Mostly used to check for clutch and servo operating in A/T after overhaul, but before installation into the vehicle.

Tool used like tin snips to cut sheet metal. It has an air-powered snipping blade that moves up and down.
air line filter-drier
Glossary “air line filter-drier” Definition:
Used in the air line to remove moisture and debris from the air flowing through the air lines. It is designed to trap and hold water and oil that passes out of the air compressor.
